If you want to ensure your loved ones are taken care of in the event of your untimely death, you can rest assured that you will do just that.

The Last Will & Testament will include the Will (along with the Living Will), Healthcare Directives, and a General Durable Power of Attorney.

Living Trusts are effective immediately and are typically created to designate responsibility to a trustee to manage your assets on behalf of the designated beneficiaries.

The Living Trust will include the following: Trust Agreement, Schedule of Assets (Schedule A), Certificate of Trust, Pour-Over Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Property Transfer of Documents) and recorded with the respective County Recorder.

We can assist you with drafting individual estate planning documents, such as Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, Beneficiary Designations, and Letter of Intent. If you don't see a document listed that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us.

This service will include the following: expedited filing fee, verifying name availability, formation through the Arizona Corporation Commission, obtaining EIN from the Internal Revenue Service, and serving as the Statutory Agent for only $25.00 a year.

This service is similar to our Business Tune-Up package.

However, our primary focus is helping small businesses reduce start-up costs. This package provides the essential documents needed in the beginning stages. (General partnership agreements, buy/sell agreements, employment agreements, offer letters, terms of service, contractor agreements, and board meeting minutes.)

Like your vehicle, your business needs a good tune-up every so often. Every business should have some or all of the following documents: company bylaws for corporations, meeting minutes, operating agreements for LLCs, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, business plans, memorandums of understanding, online terms of use, and an online privacy policy. This service requires a consultation before collecting all the information needed to complete your desired documents.

These services include, but are not limited to, fling/organization, drafting, research, trial prep, case management, etc.

This service will benefit law firms, attorneys, and businesses. If necessary, a team member can come onsite to assist in trial prep, clerical tasks, or general paralegal/administrative duties.

If you need a project/task completed after-hours (including weekends), hourly rates will increase.

There will be a charge for up to $10 per signature that requires notarization. In the event you request us to travel to you, there may be an applicable mileage fee.

Our notary signing fees will vary depending on the type of loan documents you will need to be executed. This service does require a brief consultation to go over the documents and specific pricing.
